1:1 personal training or small group sessions of up to 4 people are available for fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Pilates for orthopaedic conditions and Corrective exercise.
All 1:1 and small group sessions are held in our FitMix private gyms in Birch or Little Wigborough.
Our passion and enthusiasm for all things fitness and exercise will inspire you to work hard in pursuit of your fitness goal, whatever that may be.
Together initially we will set realistic goals, which we will ensure you reach. Sessions will be tailored to your individual needs. You will benefit by working with additional equipment including a wide variety of weights, battle ropes, barbells, rowing machine, static bike, stability ball, resistance bands, pilates balls, gliding discs, boxing kit and kettlebells. A unique, varied, tailored weekly workout will be designed to ensure you find your session challenging, fun and, most of all, very effective. I will ensure you use correct exercise technique for optimum posture and form during the session. These are the added benefits of a 1:1 session. All 1:1 sessions are held in well stocked private gyms in Birch or Little Wigborough, both locations also have a field for outdoor training.
An optional fitness test, completed every 3 months and a healthy eating plan can also be included into this personal program.
When you sign up for a 1:1 Pilates or Yoga session, you will benefit from a personal postural analysis. A full visual survey of your body will be made, both standing, during and in various exercises and positions. This analysis will enable me to devise a Pilates or Yoga program uniquely for you focusing on any postural deviations, prior injuries or areas where greater flexibility is needed. I will be able to ensure correct technique and posture throughout so that you get the most out of your session. The most beneficial pilates exercises, taken and modified from Joseph Pilates original 35 mat exercises, will be chosen uniquely for you to aid and meet your physical needs. You will leave with greater core strength, postural alignment and a great sense of well being. The most appropriate Yoga poses will be applied to your session tailored to your individual needs.
A 1:1 session is the answer to pushing yourself to go that extra distance. With personal support, encouragement and supervision you will start to feel and see the difference.
