FitMix fitness is a fun group exercise class held every Friday morning 9.15am - 10.15am. Each class is different and during a one hour session you may find yourself doing an equipment based circuit, using skipping ropes, agility ladder, boxing gloves & pads, resistance bands, hoop and medicine balls, team fitness games and drills or completing a high energy Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.
There is even a good old style aerobics routine now and again. The class will always involve a good amount of time spent on strength, conditioning and toning. With the use of kettlebells, free weights, bender balls, gliders and resistance bands, you will get a full body strength, conditioning and toning workout.
