Start your week with some small group training with Ella at her well equipped FitMix gym in Little Wigborough. Your session will include a thorough warm up, cardio, strength, resistance and core conditioning using a wide range of equipment. As a qualified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor, Ella will be able to offer expert technique and targeted strength training to help you reach your fitness goals.
