We can provide you with a tailor made running plan.

After an initial consultation and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time related) goal setting, we will create a progressive plan for you to follow for 6-8 weeks. During which time you will receive full email support. The cost for this is £30

FitMix can also offer 1:1 speed, agility & strength training, specific to improving your running performance. This 1 hour session will cost £35.

  I've been attending Fitmix exercise classes & bootcamps for several years and have always enjoyed them.  Just under a year ago I decided I needed to try running as part of my training for a mud run.  However, as someone who had always adamantly declared that I didn't "do running", I didn't really know where to start.

I completed the 'Couch to 5k' running app which was good but I needed something to motivate me beyond that.  That's where Ella, Charlotte & the Fitmix Running plan came in!

Ella sat down with me and we discussed my goals, current ability and how often I could realistically run each week.  She came up with a tailor made plan that took all of this into account and was both challenging and interesting. 

I now know all about hill reps & fartlek runs and after reaching my first running plan goal (completing a 5k race) I asked for a second updated running plan and completed my second goal - a 10k race!

The support, feedback & encouragement I've received from Ella & Charlotte (& indeed my fellow Fitmixers) has been incredible.  I cannot recommend the Fitmix running plan highly enough, whether you're a complete novice like me or a seasoned marathon runner. 

Now I just need to think of a new goal for my next running plan!

When I run, I need focus whether it be a race or just a long run and the Fit Mix running plans are brilliant. Having a personalised plan is awesome, it disciplines me on my running and gives me a sense of achievement when I have completed each week. I can really see the results too.
